The Condos
Nestled between a private lake and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is a great place to be. The best shopping, entertainment, and dining are all around. Access to 5 swimming pools, a hot tub, putting green, fitness room, a pickle ball court, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world easily accessed through our private entrance, or many other entrances nearby. There is The Wharf Seafood Buffet, The Candy Maker, ice cream/candy store, a Hair Salon, Juan Taco, and LuLu's Sports Bar at the Wharf in the shop’s downstairs. At the main pool, there is the Splash Bar for food and drinks, and coming March 1st 2022 is a new coffee shop "The Press". Across the street, is the world famous Pineapple Willies Restaurant, with everyone's favorite frozen concoctions.

Parking on the 6th floor of the North Parking garage will make loading and unloading easy. There is no need to use the stairs or elevator. Covered parking garage for two vehicles.

One person in the party must be 25 years of age to rent in Laketown Wharf.

Panama City Beach is a waterfront town and vacation destination in northwest Florida. It's known for miles of white-sand beaches fronting the calm, clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The resort has access to five pools (one is heated), two hot tubs, fitness facility, putting green, 24-hour security, covered parking garage, and private access to the beach.
Pineapple Willy's is across the street.
